в номере довольно холодно, в том числе пол, было бы хорошо положить коврик у спального места

Удобное расположение, до центра можно дойти пешком, а можно и на городском транспорте. Здесь можно остановиться на несколько дней, чтобы изучить Вену.

В общем, отель чистый, но если заглянуть за изголовье кровати, то там очень пыльно, а это может стать проблемой для тех, кто страдает аллергией. Отсутствие лифта будет неудобно для пожилых людей.

Персонал на ресепшн и горничные были очень дружелюбными.

Не было доступа к интернету. Хотя в рекламе значились интернет-терминалы. Я спросила, но мне ответили, что они не для гостей. Мне так же надо было юбку погладить, но утюг гостям не выдают. Мне пришлось идти в ближайшую швейную мастерскую, чтобы мне там погладили юбку, и они были не в восторге.
