Мне понравился услужливый персонал, бесплатные завтраки, чистота в номере и тишина.

У меня в номере были проблемы с работой кондиционера.

Я остался доволен временем, проведенным в этом месте. Завтраки в виде шведского стола включены в стоимость проживания и были вкусными. Персонал был крайне услужлив и доброжелателен. На ресепшене мне предоставили адаптер для зарядки моего мобильного телефона, так как моя не подходила под здешние розетки. В номере было чисто и комфортно. Возле входа находилась трамвайная остановка. До центра города можно добраться пешком. Гостиница расположена в маленьком переулке, и у меня в номере было все время тихо и спокойно.

Персонал на рецепции был очень отзывчивым и всегда помогал с указаниями и руководством, как найти то или иное место в городе. Чувствовала себя в отеле довольно хорошо.

Я не считаю, что размер номера и сервис в номере соответствуют 4-звездочному рейтингу. Располагаясь в центре города, отель кажется очень близким к нему, однако всё равно от центра нужно немного пройти, чтобы попасть в свой номер.
