Весь коллектив состоит из молодых, энергичных и приветливых сотрудников, которые заботятся о высоком уровне сервиса. В отеле недавно был сделан превосходный ремонт в современном стиле, при этом были сохранены некоторые интересные детали первоначального интерьера. Завтрак на высоком уровне, то же самое можно сказать и об обеде, и об ужине. Месторасположение идеальное: практически всё в пешеходной доступности. Отель оптимального размера: не слишком много номеров, что не разрушает ощущение эксклюзивного отношения и семейную атмосферу. Если будете летом в Бадгаштейне, рекомендую остановиться именно здесь!

Отличное обслуживание, дружелюбный персонал, который всегда заботился о гостях и встречал их с широкой улыбкой на лице. Я прочитал несколько предыдущих отрицательных отзывов о персонале, который принципиально говорит только по-немецки и был немного высокомерным, но скажу, что это было не так. Отель обеспечивает такси от отеля до аэропорта, утром и вечером они организовывают транспорт на курорт. Номера были очень хорошими, современными и имели отличные виды из окна. Завтрак был легким и разнообразным. Спа-услуги были отличными, но выбить себе свободного специалиста для обслуживания очень сложно, потому позаботьтесь о том, чтобы заказать услугу заранее. Здесь есть большой бар, предлагающий клиентам умеренные цены.

Все были так милы! Вся еда была чудесной! Мне казалось, что отель находится рядом с ж/д вокзалом, но из-за ландшафта местности это оказалось не так. Зато мне предложили оплатить такси.

Situated at the foot of the Graukogel Mountain and only an 8-minute walk from the centre of Bad Gastein, Hotel Miramonte enjoys a unique location overlooking the entire Gastein Valley. The sun terrace offers panoramic mountain views. Free private parking is offered.

The Miramonte Aveda Spa provides professional massages, a thermal spring, and a hot tub. Guests can also relax in the panoramic sauna and in the large relaxation room overlooking the mountains. Yoga lessons and guided mountain tours in summer are offered several times a week.

Most of the individually designed rooms feature large balconies with valley views, flat-screen satellite TVs, and a bathroom.

The rich breakfast buffet and a breakfast for late risers are served in the dining room. The Miramonte’s restaurant serves light and innovative Slow Food cuisine in the evening. Guests can also have a glass of wine at the bar or try the homemade beer.

The famous Bad Gastein Waterfall and the casino are only 300 metres away. The waterfall and the Stubnerkogel ski lifts can be reached with a private hotel shuttle.
