Знаю, я придираюсь, – но им стоит прислушиваться к желаниям клиентов.
Мы забронировали два номера с мансардными окнами за пять месяцев до поездки. Они находились рядом друг с другом, у них был один общий вход (1000a / 1000b). Мы планировали, что будем жить в соседних номерах, но этого не произошло. Нам достался один номер на сороковом этаже, а второй – на пятидесятом. Я обратился к управляющему, и он сказал, что соседние номера нам предоставить не смогли из-за высокой занятости номеров в отеле. При этом соседний с нашим номер на сороковом этаже заняли только на третий день, а на пятидесятом – аж в последнюю ночь. Порой отсутствие гибкости у сотрудников сильно портит впечатление от отеля.

March 30 2013Расположение, расположение, расположение. Пешком можно дойти до центра города, до China Town, Darling Harbour, Paddy's Market и т.д. Если очень захотите, то дойдете пешком и до Circular key. Я была с маленьким ребенком, поэтому по городу мы передвигались на 555 автобусе. Кстати, в одном квартале находится и Town Hall Train Station. У нас были однокомнатные апартаменты, но они были очень уютными и комфортными. Сотрудники доброжелательные, но вы с ними практически не встречаетесь.
Не могу промолчать: лифты очень медленные, но при этом очень шумные. Кстати, лобби находится аж на 10 этаже.

November 27 2011Если вы планируете однодневное путешествие с вечерним досугом за пределами отеля, то это место вам подойдет. В отличие от нас. "Сервис" включает в себя только заправку постели и перемену полотенец ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНО по требованию. Ни о какой уборке пылесосом или чистке раковин нет и речи. Все это очень странно, учитывая категорию отеля - "апартаменты с обслуживанием". Оба телевизионных пульта были перемотаны скотчем, видимо для сохранности батареек. Посудомойка толком не работала, таймер на сушилке был сломан. Телевизор показывал с помехами. Нас ни разу не спросили, все ли у нас в порядке и довольны ли мы отдыхом, что неудивительно - при таком скудном обслуживании и полном равнодушии персонала. Из положительных моментов можно отметить хорошо оборудованную кухню и прекрасный вид из окна (хотя нам не повезло с погодой). В общем, как уже говорилось выше, данные апартаменты пригодны максимум на пару дней.
