Please note the reception opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:00 until 17:30 Saturday-Sunday 8:00 until 14:00 1st of July - 31st of October 8:00 until 19:00 daily Please note check-in is located at The Reef Retreat 10-14 Harpa Street, Palm Cove, which is directly across the road. Please let the property know in advance whether you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours. The property will then provide the code to the key safe. Keys and maps to rooms are placed in envelopes inside the key safe, which is directly outside reception. The envelope will be clearly marked with guest name and room number. If you fail to contact the property prior to arrival, there is a phone next to the key safe where you can contact the onsite managers who will provide assistance.
