Early check-in is available at a cost of $20.00 per hour prior to 2.00pm and late check-out is available at a cost $20.00 per hour up until noon, then $30.00 per hour from noon to 1.00pm. This must be pre-organised with a reservations department. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Mastercard or Visa credit card and a 3.5% charge when you pay with a American Express credit card. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
