Heavy noise is limited to the demolition phase, which is the first 3 days of work on each floor. These works will take place between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00 daily. Please note during the Christmas period, The Terrace restaurant and bar's trading hours will change as below: - Breakfast will be available from Monday-Friday, 07:30 - 09:30 and on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday's, 07:30 –10:30. - The Café will be open Monday to Friday from 07:30 – 14:00, however will be closed 22 December until 13 January, 2018. - Dinner will not be available from 1 December 2018 until 14 January 2019. There will be some local restaurants close by to the property, offering charge back facilities. Room Service will still be offering breakfast daily and dinner delivery will be available via an outsourced restaurant. A damage deposit of AUD 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
