Огромный номер, комплекс казино.

Номер большой и хорошо оборудован с видом на город. Здесь большой комплекс казино, поэтому зачастую холл с консьержем и коридоры похожи на вагон переполненного поезда или зал ожидания на вокзале или в аэропорту. Если вы приехали в казино, то расположение фантастическое, но если вы в туристических целях, то на окраине города не очень удобно. Ну и $500 за ночь кажется дорого по сравнению с другими отелями. Но это же центр города и 5 звезд. В целом здесь очень приятно.

Наш premier twin room с двумя двуспальными кроватями был хорошо обставлен, так что в нашем распоряжении было все необходимое. Персонал был доброжелательным, профессиональным и эффективным. Мой парень рассказал сотрудникам the Rockpool bar о моем дне рождении, так что они со мной обращались просто по-королевски. Еда была восхитительной, но просто не могу не упомянуть об официантке Вивиан, которая очень сильно для нас старалась – в общем она просто умничка! Говядина была на высоте – как мы и ожидали. Замечательные бассейн и спортзал - очень бодрили. А еще в одном из азиатских ресторанов нам очень понравился экзотический суп с лапшой. Когда мы ехали в Мельбурн, то планировали постоянно пропадать где-то в городе, но отель предлагает столько развлечений, что не попробовать их просто невозможно! Это самый классный уик-энд за последние несколько лет!

Персонал в the atrium bar мог быть и получше. Мы хотели здесь посидеть подольше, но обслуживание было настолько медленным, что мы решили уйти. Если честно, это единственное место, где персонал был немного грубым. Но они это объяснили тем, что у них было много работы, хотя на самом деле было занято только несколько столиков.
