Please note the exterior of The Wave Resort is scheduled for painting from approximately 27 May 2019 – 19 July 2019 and will affect balcony use and level 4 amenities. During this time, guests will not be able to use their balconies or the level 4 pool and BBQ area from Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:00 – 17:00. Level 34 pool and BBQ amenities will still be available for use during this time. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18, the property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian cannot provide current photo ID when requested at check-in. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 8 nights or more. These rooms will be serviced once per week. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of AUD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
