Please note that the swimming pool is only available for guests over 3 years old, and is open only during Summer Season (December, January and February). Please note that the front desk is only available during weekdays from 9:00 hs to 17:00 hs. On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, the reception works reduced hours. Guests arriving past that time must inform the property in advance in order to arrange key pick up. For safety measures, the property also requires guests to inform their full names and identification numbers in advance. Please note that only pets of up to 10 kg can be accommodated. Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
