Алекс на ресепшн, который (в конце) предложил нам взять такси за счет отеля в связи с включенным трансфером до отеля, который так и не появился, и также нам был предоставлен улучшенный номер класса люкс и бесплатный трансфер в порт на следующий день, что компенсировало долгие часы ожидания трансфера.

Включенный трансфер из аэропорта так и не появился, несмотря на неоднократные телефонные звонки в отель, и уверения, что они либо в пути, либо вот–вот прибудут.
