Превосходный персонал, очень опытный и внимательный ко всем просьбам туристов. Они дали нам возможность почувствовать себя частью их большой и дружной семьи.

Я не могу сказать, что еще могло бы сделать наш отдых еще более приятным.

Мы провели 8 дней в Аргентине, все в отеле Alvear Art за исключением 3 дней в Llao Llao в Патагонии, эту поездку нам рекомендовал один из сотрудников отеля. Отель был современен, привлекателен, чрезвычайно чист и удобен. Однако люди - вот, что сделало этот отель по-настоящему экстраординарным.

Это новая гостиница, в которой мне не сильно понравилось. Уровень обслуживания низкий. Мы просили утюг на ресепшене три раза, и нам его предоставили только после восьми вечера. Завтраки в виде шведского стола мне не понравились, вся еда была невкусной и приготовлена из старых продуктов. В ресторане и спа-салоне я не был.
