A damages deposit of EUR 200 is payable by credit or debit card on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Please note that if damages exceed this amount, the guest will also have to pay the extra amount above the EUR 200. If final cleaning is not done by the guest, this charge will also be deducted from the deposit. Towels can be hired for EUR 4 per towel.
