Мне нравилось, что сотрудники предоставили запрашиваемый номер с видом на горы. Центральное расположение. Теплые и удобные кровати. Нет проблем с горячей водой.

Спа не было качественным, так как не было достаточно теплым. Только один душ работал, и тот был холодным. Только одна примерочная для всех. Было бы более гигиенично, если бы полотенца в номере менялись каждый день. Очень слабый сигнал Wi-Fi - жаль, ведь это было одним из ключевых моментов выбора отеля.
