Very affordable! If you plan to stroll all day and look for a place to stay just to sleep and bath, this is the place to be! They have biiiiig private comfort rooms for each room and 3 more for common use. You are also allowed to use the kitchen, sala and roof top. they also offer basic breakfast (silog) for Php 50. There are no airconditioning units, however, they provide electric stand fans and wall fans. The staff and owner are very accommodating. If you have a private car, they can also provide you a space for parking.
