All guests are required to pay a USD 25.00 deposit. If paying by credit card, deposit will be refunded 3 to 5 business days after checkout. Multi-room reservations exceeding 5 rooms must contact hotel hotel after booking The Hotel does offer Complimentary Shuttle Service to and from the Las Vegas Airport, however the Shuttle operates at the top of each hour from 7:00 until 22:00 on demand. When arriving for pick up, they request that you call them at 702 736 3600, once you have gathered your luggage, then they will send the shuttle at the top of the following hour. For drop off, the Hotel requests that you schedule this when you check in, or at least a day prior to your scheduled departure to the Airport. Pick Ups are at either Terminal 1 Ground Level 0, or at Terminal 3 Ground Level 0 outside door 53 Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
