The lead guest must be over 18 years of age. The property requires a copy of photo ID that matches the name on the card used to be booked. This must be sent to the property before arrival. The credit card details provided for the Booking.com reservation will be used as guarantee to cover any damages unless otherwise advised by guest. Early check-in before 09:00, or after 18:00 incurs a charge of GBP 40, and is applicable on check-in. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. A greeter will meet guests upon arrival at the property to pass the keys and explain any simple questions regarding the facilities. If we the property has not been informed of arrival then there may be a delay in the greeter meeting the guest. Extra cleaning and change of laundry is available at GBP 100 per visit and will take up to 4 hours. Guests can contact the inquiries clerk by email or phone to arrange this. At checkout the guest will leave keys at the property unless otherwise agreed with the greeter. There is a GBP 50 charge for loss of any key payable from the valid credit card as per the deposit policy. The host reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation in the event of excessive noise or nuisance to other guests and residents. Different policies may apply to groups larger than 4 people.
