This property is a registered holiday home apartment, it is a serviced apartment and it is not a hotel. Check-in and key collection will be at the property itself. An estimated arrival time and flight if applicable are required to facilitate a smooth arrival and access to the property. The property is serviced and cleaned twice a week during your stay. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. You are authorizing the property to charge your credit card provided based on the policy of your booking. Credit cards used must be owned by one of the guests registered. The property has the right to ask the guest to present the credit card used upon arrival. The property requires passport copies for each guest at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to facilitate access approval from the community security office. If your arrival is on Friday or Saturday, please send your information on the Wednesday before you arrive. Unauthorized parties and gatherings are not allowed per the community rules. All guests staying overnight will need to be registered as guests of the property. An email will be sent to you with detailed directions to the property after your booking is completed. A damage deposit of AED 750 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
