At first we liked the bedroom and this was why we booked it. The room did not let us down. The reception staff were outstanding, however, that was where the good aspects stopped.
The food was not first class, the service in the basement bar/cafe/bowling alley!! was terrible, even unfriendly. We complained about the room service, stone cold food delivered 7 flights up without a cover is simply not good. If you are English speaking be aware that this hotel is not, apart from the fantastic reception staff.
