Расположение, хостел находится рядом с кремлём и улицей большая Покровская, для нас это было очень удобно. Заселение в 13:00, тоже удобно. Кухня, для нас это было важно, так как варили ребенку кашу.

У нас был номер со своим душем и туалетом, в первый день у нас в номере не было горячей воды и мы ходили купать ребенка в общий душ. Во второй день вода была. В правилах сказано, что если тебя нет в номере и ты оставил ключ, то номер будет убран, наш номер не убрали, учитывая что мы с маленьким ребенком для нас это критично. В номере пыль, которую явно никто вообще не протирает. Ручка в ванную комнату и кран были сломаны. У пульта не было закрывает от батареек. Если бы я ехала сюда в следующий раз, то брала бы номер с общей ванной, так как смысла переплачивать нет, по факту нам все равно пришлось купаться в общем душе.
