Ужасное обслуживание, ремонт, сантехника все оставляет желать лучшего. Я бы не советовал останавливаться в этом месте.

Понравился персонал. Четкая работа, приветливое отношение.

Наш сотрудник пребывал в гостинице два дня. Оба дня в номере полулюкс не было горячей воды (!)

Расоложен рядом с Крокус Экспоцентром. Большие комнаты.

Худший завтрак, который у меня когда либо был. В первый день была половина меню (завтрак должен быть заказан в меню), во второй и остальные дни - 1/5 меню и продукты были старые. Регистратор не говорил по английски.

Esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y el trato es muy familiar. Habitaciones muy amplias

Estaría mejor que el restaurante aceptara tarjetas de credito, pues hoy por hoy tan sólo aceptan pago en metálico.

There was confusion about payment and client was asked to pay. This should not have happened. It should have been deducted from my credit card.

Good simple room, clean bathroom. Nice restaurant. Good standard for Russian people (because they only speak Russian)

Nobody spoke English or other language except Russian. Difficult to communicate indeed.
