Nobody speaks English, but the owner is helpful and tries to communicate. The problem is that het is not all the time and the employee is unable to communicate. The hostel is away from the center but has a tram that goes to the door and within few minutes you are at the center. It is also possible to walk to center. At the hotel they have no map of the city, but right down the street comes to the information center that has.
