All bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to the property’s group booking conditions. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made. The property reserves the right to refuse check in or terminate your stay where any guest(s) is displaying anti-social behavior. Due to the nature of the property, the property is not suitable or recommended for stag, hen or similar parties. While the hotel/resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. Please note that use of a swimming cap is mandatory for the indoor pool. Swim caps are available at an extra charge of EUR 4 per person. Apartment refurbishments and garden maintenance work will take place throughout 2018 and 2019. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
