Вид на море.

Номер был старым, много чего там было вообще сломано. Старой и неудобной была кровать. Администратор по имени Рита была неприветливой и неучастливой. И вообще на ресепшене работали абсолютные непрофессионалы. Думаю, что всем без исключения сотрудникам нужно пройти специальные курсы, где бы им рассказали, как нужно обращаться с клиентами.

Хотели жить в отеле на пляже и были не разочарованы. Пляж и территория просто отличные. Номер был просторный в сравнении со многими европейскими отелями, но в нем пахло плесенью. Черная плесень была и на швах между кафелем в ванной. Из кондиционера шпарил горячий воздух, а интернет-сервер был перегружен, днем им невозможно было пользоваться. Персонал вежливый, но абсолютно ничего не знает, они даже не знают, что автобус на Лиссабон отправляется прямо от отеля.
