Близкое расположение к морю (через дорогу) и относительно центра развлечений, пляжей, магазинов, кафе и ресторанов (все в шаговой доступности). Близость к автобусной остановке, с которой можно уехать куда угодно!Не открытое море...минимальное наличие ветра и волн, что оч важно при путешествии с маленькими детьми!

Большая влажность (отсутствие вентиляции), муравьи (жили на первом этаже)...
