January 09 2013I had to cancel one of the rooms (non-refundable) that I had booked for my family and friends. Fortunately, the hotel administration could find a compromising solution to this my issue and compensated the cost for the cancelled booking finally. That gesture has been recognised by us as the clients of this nice hotel.
The hotel is situated outside of Riga but this might be rather an advantage in the summer time though.
