Отличное место, замечательный завтрак ... в отеле чистота и порядок.

Сотрудники вели себя неприветливо, у нас был такой инцидент: ключ от нашего номера отдавали другому гостю, а нас обвиняли в том, что мы его потеряли, а между прочим, кто-то мог украсть все наши ценные вещи.

Отель расположен напротив центрального вокзала Гамбурга. Хотя номер был маленький, он очень чистый. Персонал дружелюбный и предоставили всю нужную информацию.

Отличные кровати. Близкое расположение к центру. Потрясающее обслуживание персонала на завтраке.

В час пик на рецепции должно быть больше работников, чтобы в холле не создавалось толп гостей. Требуется больше места для туалетных принадлежностей в ванной комнате.

Номер маленький, но отлично спланированный и безупречно чистый. Его недавно отремонтировали. Общественные зоны только ремонтируют, поэтому они выглядят еще немного обшарпанно, но надеюсь, скоро они буду такие же симпатичные как номера. Расположение хорошее относительно городского транспорта, но если пройти чуть дальше по улице, район становится слегка сомнительным.
