Мы забронировали номер для двух взрослых и двух детей (один ребенок должен был спать с нами), но когда мы вошли в свой номер, то увидели, что там стояли две односпальные кровати, и там было только две подушки и два полотенца. Я позвонила на ресепшен и попросила принести еще две подушки и два полотенца, но они принесли нам лишь одно полотенце и все. И еще: это был самый ужасный завтрак в моей жизни!
