В ванной комнате номера 613 воняло канализацией на протяжении всех 3-х дней моего пребывания. Лифт не работал несколько дней. При регистрации никакой информации или предупреждения о неисправности лифта дано не было, хотя сотрудники отеля несколько минут наблюдали, как я с чемоданами стоял и безуспешно пытался вызвать лифт. Завтрак заканчивался по факту в 9:45 - позже добиться заполнения буфета свежими блюдами было невозможно.Сотрудники отнекивались как могли, утверждая, что уже убирают столы. Если я плачу за полный завтрак, то хочу получить полный завтрак, а не остатки и объедки.
