Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to Smart Stays prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact Smart Stays at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note guest will receive a lock box code a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival. Please note the service charge is the security deposit. The service charge is refunded after check-out pending a damage inspection. The pool is only available from June 1 until September 21, depending on weather. Please note, as of November 10, 2017 there is currently no working dishwasher or laundry facilities at the property. The pool is open for use between 14 June 2018 14 until 4 September 2018, weather permitting. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
