Мы снимали двуместный номер (е35). Просторно, чисто, с камином, но, к несчастью, у нас не получилось его разжечь, и с двумя отдельными ванными комнатами. Достаточно тепло, но с правильной настройкой индивидуальных обогревателей все было ок. Бесплатное посещение сауны, бассейна. Очень хорошие завтраки. Заботливый персонал (помимо указанных ниже случаев). Хороший сигнал у беспроводного интернета в номере.

1 двуспальная кровать и 2 обычных сдвинули вместе, хотя мы и зарезервировали 2 двуспальных. В двух ванных, хотя с самого начала была включена вытяжка, очень плохо пахло, и во время их использования запах был ужасный. Недостаток кухонного оборудования, тарелок и утвари, хотя и была совмещенная кухонька. Неприемлемый ответ персонала, когда мы поинтересовались по поводу вышеизложенного, их окончательный ответ был – готовить запрещено… Почему тогда они указали это в перечне услуг, если мы не можем этого делать? Также не было микроволновки. Высокие цены на обмен валют (с евро на болгарские левы). Не хватало лампочки на кухне, хотя мы и не уставали просить ее заменить. Также далеко от города, необходимо пользоваться машиной, особенно ночью.
